Hi. Ive seen the AD Black Dye. Does anyone use this for dying mats etc? Perhaps better alternatives?

Hello - i have seen it mentioned on a few forums and people thinking of using it;

but so far reviews and pictures of the end result seem almost non-existent.

 

I had a search round the web/forums but didn't find much detail mate.
