Perfectly fine, just make sure you use a panel wipe to remove any oils or fillers before applying your sealant. CarPro Eraser or diluted IPA will do the job.

Thanks!

I waited about a minute if that. Can buff straight off with this stuff. If you leave it any longer than a few minutes it can be tough to buff off. Also I've found using a microfiber applicator is the best, seems to spread further than sponge. Hope that helps?

Good call with MF applicator Ben

I always use one for that type of product

It does work better than sponge

Both black and white cars look great, you've both done a cracking job x

 ..... that's the fun bit - isnt it?!?  :giggle:

I can of course help with the application Andy

I guess it is half the fun!

The Mrs thinks I have gone mad with a foam lance and piles of MF towels!

I might take you up on that offer in the Spring Chris! Drove up to Huddersfield via Leeds (past Colne/Keighley) to pick up an Ebay purchase and visit my Brother at Uni. Quite a nice ride to be fair.

Couple more coats of the Sonax today...
