Hi, guys getting some of my dash trims wrapped and i cant seem to get my headlight switch surround out, last night i took the sitch out unplugged it and gave it a dam good pull and it mad a very sharp 'Snap' sound and the botton half come out but the top half was stuck so i didnt want to break anything so just shoved it back together.. im pretty sure theres a sensible way of getting it out...

 

can someone help me.. Much appriciated in advance

I think its the facia on the dash outside the switch rather than the switch unit he needs help with..

ive not tried to take out the surround myself, only the switches.

Unfortunatly this is not what im looking for once the switch is removed your left with the surround that the switch goes into thats what i want to get out
