My bolero seems to have a mind on its own..............

Spoke to Skoda about it whether they change it or its a download  fix I have no idea

I start sometimes 4 in the morning and it seems to be always on a morning it doing this !

ringing somebody up when I have not pessed anything but you carnt stop it as everything freezes!...........changing channels by its self bleeping and freezing its doing my head in ...........went all way to work with the bolerso saying safe to move then on Tuesday its wiped all my presets off and replaced them all with radio 1 I don't even listen to radio !..............

anybody else had this problem

Is your car red and called christine,sorry,seriously though mine has issues with certain cds I put in, when i turn the right knob to get to the play lists it sometimes goes blank, and i need to turn ignition off n on to clear it,as is usual, it wont do it at the dealers

I had the same issues with mine a month after I purchased the car. I went back to the dealer, sandicliffe in daybrook nottingham and they gave me BS about an auto search setting and told me to turn it off. I've since been twice to my local dealer Rainworth skoda and they recently replaced the screen under warranty because it was faulty.

I agree, sounds like a faulty screen.

 

Try cleaning it with glass cleaner first to get rid of any grease or fingerprints that it could be interpreting as a press.

 

If it still does it you need a new screen.

well its been a week they changed my screen and everything seems to work ok ,,,,no more gremlins ,,,,

all inside ok...............outside still  knackered

My bolero doing exactly the same Greatdane, 1.6 se. Really annoying when it phones people. !!

Dealers in Glasgow replacing whole unit under warranty, Hopefully get it back home tomorrow

its phoned my brother a few times 3.30am as that's what time I start ( hgv tanker driver ) but he now ignored the calls

but .........its been fine since skoda changed the screen
