Hesitation, stops when hot then doesnt start.

Hello All.

Have a Octavia 2 BKD engine code... im at wits end with it. so here goes.

Starts in morning fine drive it up the road from cold and pulls like a train, but as soon as it gets warm its starts to hesitant/jerking when powering, then cuts out/stops then doesn't start again until its cold..... its had the injectors done new combi pump and fuel filter. No management lights and no codes. plugged in my diagnostic equipment coolant temp reads ok, got a crank signal when fault occurs 2-300rpm. ive gone through everything I know,,, and started loosing patience with it.....
