Hi all.

 

im at wits end with my Octavia 2 BKD engine code.

 

start in morning fine drive up the road and as soon as it gets warm its starts to hesitate/jerking then just cuts out then fails to restart until its cold.......had the injectors done, new combi pump and fuel filter, MAF sensor replaced,

 

There is NO codes in the system when this happens. pretty much does all the time.

 

coolant temp looks good

got a crank signal when it doesn't start on live data on my diagnostics.

 

can anyone help please....

Right been to work today to tackle this Octavia.

 

But just to let you know have now sorted it... runs spot on with no hiccups or anything pulls well in every gear.

 

The problem was the intank fuel pump partially blocked on the primary filter, so removed the pump and cleaned. refitted it a rebleed the fuel system.

 

Hey presto job done...... no more hesitation nor lack off power and starts everytime with a flick of the key.....hot and cold.
