PB brake setup on order!

Featured Replies

Right

Having had the run around on a set of AP's for the last 3 weeks Ive decided to take a punt on them there PB brakes!

Bossfox has a front and rear set on his yeti and swears by them,so that means they're good enough for me! Lol

I've gone for the 356mm 8 pot fronts and 330mm 4 pot rears matched up to fully floating discs and race pads!

The callipers are going to be green anodised to kind of carry on the Vrs theme ;-)

I'll get some pictures up when they arrive........

Oh very nice! Looking forward to the photos!

Oh yes! I love a bit of brake porn,

8 pots! Bet they'll be epic

The question is what car they going on lol

Bigger than mine and on a lighter car, this is going to have some serious stopping power!

What power will it be running to warrant such pornographic brakes.

The question is what car they going on lol

According to PB they will fit both fwd and 4x4 cars,so for now they'll go on the black one!

But one day.......when it's had a lick of mercury grey paint, they'll be going on the 4x4! ;-)

At the moment 376bhp.....that's likely to go up to 500 odd in the 4x4 when I can sell my IHI turbo kit! ;-)

Jeez so they will be fully used and not dead weight in that case, what a monster.

A few people think they're not that good value......this puzzles me though!

Apart from K-Sport and a few other Japanese firms these are some of the only BBK's to have 2pc discs,or even fully floating discs at a reasonable price!

Tarox 330mm 6 pot kit is £2100 with a 2pc disc! Their 323mm 6pot kit is £1200 with iron 1pc LCR discs!

The PB 356mm 8 pot kit is £1369 (+ import duty!) with 2pc fully floating discs, which are a £250 option!

I think they're a bargain!

Import duty will be a couple hundred if they put the true price !!!

Be good to see how good these are
