vRS doesn't have cruise control!?

Featured Replies

I've looked over the Skoda site and couldn't find an announcement of changes, is this linked from their site?

Spec change dates may be well known by nerds, the average Joe is not going to know.  I do agree the dealer should have known, I don't feel he withheld this info intentionally, but you never know.

I admit you weren't to know the spec had changed, and when it changed, but to expect the Skoda website to keep advertising old model years is a bit much. They aren't selling the 2nd hand cars. The dealers are, so it is their responsibility. The Skoda website lets you know about the cars Skoda are selling.

Not sure what the warranty is on retro fit but I'd be cheeky and try to get an extension to the warranty. The CC stalks are cheap and notoriously unreliable, loads of folks including me have needed theirs replacing.

There is a recent recall on the stalks to make them (slightly) better. Still worth checking on the warranty situ as you say though.
