I've been trying to find compatibility data in order to purchase a USB OBDII cable for my Octavia.

It seems that most cables I can find support Octavia MK2, but not MK3.

Can anyone advise which cable should be compatible?

HEX+CAN or Micro-CAN VCDS cables work fine. Just buy a genuine one, not a pirated chinese fake.

You need to be running v14 of the VCDS software to get the most comprehensive support.
