12 years ago on the Vauxhall Astra I owned, the digital clock changed automatically each spring and autumn.

However, in the intervening years with so much advanced technology with in car electronics / computers systems, I have to manually change the clock in my 2012 octavia or have I missed doing something ?

I had to change it in my LE Octavia but my Citigo done it automatically [emoji54]

I've not noticed anywhere to set the date so I wouldn't expect it to automatically update.

Good point, my Astra did have displayed date.

I have an old soviet era, made in the DDR battery alarm clock which still manages to do it.

Wolfsburg is not far from the old East/West border. Did they not have spies?
