Yeah, good old Trunk Monkey....

A few years ago I bought something similar for my car, but they were not just stickers but real buttons and had their own lighting. Was a bit tricky to fit them and get the cables connected but quite funny. Just a shame it cost so much.

Ths stickers may actually be quite a good compromise.
