I have a weird issue with my Citigo PID. I got a 32GB Memory card to put some music on. whenever I go to play music is freezes on most trakcs and loads until I reboot it. Frankly, it's a painin the arse. :(

 

I have checked the following things.

 

The Memory Card Type - I got 10 as it is the fastest transfer rate designed for music.

The Memory card size - The PID says it can support 32gb

The file formats of the music - All MP3, which the PID Says it can support

Memory card format type - Tried all of them but went back to the default.

 

Everything else on the PID works fine, except the Media player, which is the part I mainly want to use.

 

Anyone else had this issue? :/

Yes, and it was down to the quality of the sd card for me. There are MANY fake cards on the market, between saying more Gb than is true, or saying speed 10, when they arent. for general use most never spot the fraud.

But - it appears the Pid is fussy, it needs a good speed 10 qualtiy sd card to work.

I was going to say this ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ try another good quality card.

I've tried 2 very expensive cards from the supermarket so they're official. tried sandisk and kingston I believe. Both speed 10 32GB. I also tried a smaller Speed 10 2Gb card but had the same issue :(
