Hi everyone I've connected my sky box via optical cable to my surround sound how ever the sound every so often cuts out for a couple of seconds I've looked at the settings

for delay time settings which has made no difference plus I have checked and double checked all cables any one had the same?

Never had any trouble with mine.

Which box have you got?

Have a feeling it's an inherent issue on this model.

We picked ours from the TV as we had delayed sound from our box (same model).

It was like watching that guy from police academy doing his badly dubbed martial arts movie routine

It's annoying as hell, so I have tried this tonight hdmi from sky to surround sound in then hdmi out to TV through ARC seems to have done the trick

A known issue.......
