Seat belt is stuck/jammed behind pull down and pull down clip is broke. Need to put seat down and buy new clip. How do I do it?

Are you referring t rear seat? I am guessing you have damaged the clip that lets you lower the setback, so want help in lowering it without the clip?

Yes. The clip has snapped and the seat belt is stuck behind seat

I tried a google search of how to rectify but "Safari" couldn't open the page! DOH!

 

Have a fiddle with the unbroken catch. Open it up and look to see if you can see how it functions as it may be quite a simple system. Worth a look! (I assume you have split rear seats, as most if not all do)!

Its the rear seat belt that is stuck and the pull lever to pur seat forward is broke
