MP3 mix conversion

Featured Replies

Does anyone know a way of coverting MP3s to WAV format and then burning them so they will play without having obvious pauses? As i have some mixes in MP3 format I can get round this problem using mediamonkey player but if I convert them to WAV using nero and take the pauses out there is still a slight noticable gap.

Pretty sure on Nero you can burn straight from MP3 to audio, so if the pauses aren't on the MP3s then you should be alright.

Otherwise, I used to use a piece of software called CoolEdit to trim out quiet points from tracks...would recommend it.

Yep - Nero does it automatically.

Nero will do it automatically,

Dont forget if burning as a normal audio cd to burn it in "Disc at once" format rather than "track at once" and also to select track 2 to the end and right click properties and remove the 2 second pause.
