I'm looking to replace my 2008 VRS diesel for a new vrs diesel. What I need help with is. Does anyone have a side by side picture of the std maxi and the upgraded version. I've noticed some dealer sales details are a bit shy on what one the car actually has. Thanks for any help.

My work car is a Mk11 Paramedic Scout, and I have the black and white maxi on my 2 day old vRS. All I can say is WOW. I can not believe the quality of it. Not bothered about the colour one, so can not advise, but make sure you get some one version. Think about it, you have this in your eye line most of the time.

Even where the information is present in the brochure, it's easy to miss what various options are standard on any given model, or available, or not available, let alone what's been carried forward from, say, the S and SE.

 

I found the clearest (and, one would hope, the most reliable) way of determining what's there and what is not on a given car is to use the Skoda UK configurator, which generates a (potentially very) long list of what is supplied.

I'm near you....................you can pop over & look at it in my MK7 Golf GT estate..................

 

 

I almost went for the Octavia, but it's a bit too long for the garage & my needs...............also wanted the multi-link rear with a 1.4lt engine which is N/A in Skoda................

 

The colour display is a no-brainer & VERY good.........also so is the rear camera...............
