What is the best way to improve the performance of the headlights without fitting xenons?

No doubt your headlight glass is rather fogged up by now too. So you can either budget it and use toothpaste and some elbow grease, or you can purchase a proper Headlight polish kit (I'd suggest from 3M). Don't forget you also need a UV proof sealant at the end to prevent it repeating.

Have now fitted Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited bulb to all front lights and am pleased with the result.  Many thanks fabdavrav.

The bulbs for the fog lights were a right b*****d to fit.

 

What is the bolt on the bottom right of the light?  It's a torx 25.
