seat belt warning buzzer fault

Featured Replies

I was just wondering where they are and if they can be replaced as its just stopped working. I had unplugged it from under the seat but plugged it back in when i done the carpet swap. Its been working fine up until yesterday turned ignition on and no bleep. I know they're annoying but it should work and it annoys me even more than the noise knowing there's a fault. Checked the fuses too but nothing blown.

Probably just a bad connection, try reseating the connector.

Unplugged mine when I had an Octy as I don't need some stupid loud chime noise to tell me to belt up, which I always do anyway. All the other VAG cars I've owned only chime if you drive off unbelted, which is a better idea IMO.

Checked the connector under the seat. Thats still plugged in. The noise for the lights being on is still working.
