Im in the middle of removing sai system and evap ect. Iv replaced the hose on the top of the dv and sent it to my inlet manifold. Problem i have is i bought some 8mm jubilee clips hoping they would do the trick but appears they won't go tight enough. What have u guys used? I went down my local halfords and they dont have any smaller than 9mm.

A stout cable tie may do it?

Yep. Got a cable tie on my Forge 007, and have had for 4 years now. No problems...

What size pipe u all use. I got 4mm. Seen some ppl use 3mm.

Check-out E-Bay for jubilee clips that can screw down to nothing as the threads are all the way to jubilee head.

 

Another suggestion go to your local garage and tell them your problem, they'll no doubt have a giant box of the type/size you want??
