Should both cooling fans be on when the aircon/climate control is on auto?

Hi, can some one give me some help/advice.

I have a 2003 octavia estate 1.9tdi, back in the summer i replaced the cooling fans because one was knackered. now when ever i turn on the auto climate control both cooling fans kick in regardless of outside temperature. is this correct please?

I'm sure it does the same on mine, I have a 2002 TDi estate. I will check tomorrow though.

Karoq gearbox doesn't creep?

Hi, I have just bought a 2023 Karoq auto but am disappointed to find the car does not creep to allow for slow movement parking.Yes I know, I should have checked during the test drive. Is there a setting I have missed? I have read we can cause damage to the clutches if we use the brake to "creep". Is that correct? Also, my 12 year old Mercedes auto will hold the car on a hill, perhaps on a queue of traffic, by pressing the HOLD feature but the Karoq will need the Auto stop feature turned on.

#1 son is about to turn 16. He's asked for new headphones for his birthday. Looking for some recommendations. He uses them a lot when playing guitar connected to his amp. Also listens to predominantly guitar / heavy rock music. Suspect they need to be bluetooth compatible but also cable option. thinking over ear rather than on or in ear.

Hello!! I've been having some starting issues with my Fabia Mk1 HTP recently. Sometimes it doesn't react to the key being in the start position. No cranking, no noise (other than the fuel pump buzzing in the back). After some fiddling with key, or a fast turn it starts and runs fine. Now, after replacing the battery the issue seemed to go away and it had been starting perfectly. Two days later it looks like the problem is coming back, but now the fast turn of the key doesn't make a difference.

Hi All, I know this is a topic that seems to have been covered a million times but my vRS has become a problem child. It was losing a small amount of coolant and I would get the odd whisp of steam from the back, I diagnosed a leaking EGR Cooler (confirmed with off car pressure test) and a small water pump leak. Morning all. Have a new issue I thought I would run by you to see if anybody has had similar.... 2021 Enyaq 60 with 110k miles. Have recently had starting a 'clicking' noise when moving away from a standing start and then when breaking. Almost sounds like a relay opening/closing. Strangely enough, if you pull away VERY slowly, it does not do it.
