my dad drives a SKODA OCTAVIA 2006 

hes rare left flashlight bulbs are off and he change it a few times (with the right bulbs)

i want to check how do u call that part that the bulbs sit on in english so i can check if i can order it online

Make sure you get the right one.

 

2006 was close to the cross over year from the MkI Octavia to the MkII which have different rear light clusters.

 

Assuming it is a MkII Octavia then also be aware that the bulb holders are different on the hatchback and estate (combi) models.
