REMAP - EGR delete kit actually needed?

you only have it mapped out if its removed or have it blanked off otherwise you will have a light on your dash lit up egrs block up hence why people remove them worthy mod imo

So you cant just switch it off when having it remapped..You have to physically do something to it like blank it or remove it first?

no needs to be blanked off then mapped out you can buy

you can have have the egr function turned off/disabled when having the car mapped,

you don't actually need to fit an egr delete aswell

It just stops the egr from opening, weather you choose to fit blanking plates or an egr delete pipe is basically personal pref

That does look like a way cheaper alternative [emoji106] .

Remap it then just before or just afyer buy a cheap egr blanking plate and put onto the EXHAUST manifold. 2 bolts and done.

You dont need to mess around getting silicone hoses and new egr delete kit of you dont want. I havnt

if you dont blank the egr with a simple 2 quid plate the excessive pressure will rupture the egr flexi pipe over time and as least cause a nice sootie mess and at worst. Melt and burn things
