Found an online parts list for the Fabia III, floor seems very similar to the current car, with part numbers beginning with either 6Q or 6R, hence the continuation of the type approval number I suppose; parts specific to the new car appear to start 6V.

 

The parts system also differentiates between the current car and the new one by describing the platforms as 5J and NJ respectively, so similar to the Rapid 'Heinz 57' chassis which in NH.

 

They also list a 1.6 ltr petrol engine but before you get excited it seems to be MPI rather than TSI, so not sure which market its for; engine code CWVA

 

Update; further Googling the 1.6 MPI is a EA211 8v 110PS engine introduced this year.
