I bought a Black edition 3dr in September and I am not sure that I am happy with the standard grille with chrome surround. I am wondering if anyone has fitted n all black grille to their black Citigo or Black edition and if so, are they happy with it and which one did they go for? From what I can make out a Monte Carlo/Sport edition has a glossy black surround and the basic S model has a matt black surround. Can anyone clarify this.

I can confirm that my Monte Carlo has a very nice gloss black grill.

 

Yes I have done it to my Sport. I fitted the MC surround. There's a thread on it above. It's fiddly to do but looks much better after. I experimented with wrapping first but wasn't happy with the result.
