Bit of a weird one, had a new battery fitted as mine was suffering in the cold weather. Dimensions seemed right, sleeping bag fits, clamp fine, sits in the space nicely but now the cover won't sit properly on it. It goes into the grooves but now it fowls that central plastic cover. I didn't really notice when guy was fitting it as the weather was horrible, figured I'd sort it at home but now I'm scratching my head. Size must be slightly out but it just doesn't seem so, any ideas?

Is hight more than 190mm?

Height was matched when fitted, height nor width seems to be the issue

the battery may not be properly tucked into the clamps at the base - mine was the same when I bought it

 

take off the cover and have a look down at the base and you'll see what i mean

Cheers, I'll take a look, will swing by where I got it from as well they should be open today.

Sorted, just needed a shuffle and that tray on top sliding forward, it was nothing really but visiting family and had no tools to properly check it out.
