If you can find some hammerite smooth green that will be a close match.

I'm not sure if skoda even provide replacement paint?

Pretty sure they don't but there are loads of threads on it giving the the panatone reference and one even has a link to a paint shop you can buy it from.

The colour is Pantone 348 for the calipers. And good car paint shop should be able to do it. Not Halfords.
