Glass cutting polish?

Featured Replies

Hi folks, I've got a few scratches on my windscreen from a burr that was on the wiper arm/blade. They are only really light scratches in a circular arc in the swept area of the wiper arm, is there a good glass cutting polish that will take it out? It's right in your eye level, strangely I only notice it at night time when driving too.

Just noticed the price though......eek! You can get kits on amazon and ebay that'll do the job using a drill

Cerium oxide is the ingredient that does the polishing

Ceriglass. I've just brought some from clean your car. It's only about £9 for a decent sized 150ml bottle. You can get it from amazon ect. I had to buy the little kit because they have sold out of individual bottles.

You'll need a rayon pad as well if you are going to be doing it by machine, I think you'll need a machine if it's a big scratch or area.
