had the top end of my car rebuilt recently and since this its not been right... it drives ok and pulls well.

when i start it on a morning unless i floor it while i turn it over it wont start

if i dont floor it then it fires then dies and then it will just turn over as though its out of fuel.

there is loads of smoke on idle and under load

the cars off in the garage on thursday as im lost as to what it could be

 

Heres a video of all the smoke if anyone could give me an idea of if it's smoke from unburnt diesel or oil or steam ???

the car doesnt use any water and the oil doesnt seem to have dropped and i cant tell if mpg is down as i havent used the car in 5wks

Mines smokes on cold mornings mind.  Have you checked if there are any fault codes with vcds i.e glow plugs.

its not just smoking whilst cold its doing it all the time and the last time i used it cars were staying well away from me even at the light's

could be an injector fault i got a full set if required
