Hi guys, can vcds be used to set the instrument dial lights to be on with the ignition, rather than just with the sidelights/headlights switched on?

Mk3 = yes*

*additional lights come on also

Have fitted sidelight LEDs, very white & bright.

My DRLs are like fog lights so prefer above.

So instruments are illuminated.
