Boot 12v Ignition Switched?

Does anyone know if the 12v socket in the boot of a Fabia Monte Carlo estate is permanently switched on or switched on with the ignition? Hoping the latter so I can easily use a rear facing dashcam with it.

Id think its on a permanent live like the one in the front

Ah bugger. Can it be changed to ignition switched at all? If not, wondering how I can wire a rear dashcam to switch on with the ignition.

    Cheers Oli, you'll want to tap in to the positive wire for the rear wiper motor which should be an ign live. Test which wire with ignition off, BossFox may remember the wire colour
