So after having a new oil pump found out I needned a new tensioner too the timing belt have to come off when they put it back together started it and and the garage said it had a miss fire on cylinder 4 they took the head off and the valeve was bent and he said the Colup fell out but it oy just had new valeve about 4month ago could this happen?

Imho a collet only come's out inside an engine when a valve has contact with a piston. Good luck with it.
