I'm looking to put my car back to standard and these are a couple of the parts I've been able to remove quickly without having to take the car off the road.

 

Pd160 tdi intake, much bigger than the original on the fabia vrs mk1 tdi, this helps the engine breath in more cold air and therefore offers a good performance gain

 

The difference in size between the two, origianl on the left and pd160 on the right, this will fit without any modifcation needed to your original airbox and I will include the de-flapped slam panel intake part

I also have my seat sport front strut brace for sale, has been painted satin black to give that oem look, no scratches etc as only recently painted this. It offers a good improvement in the handling of the fabia....and lets be honest they need all the help they can get, I will upload a pic tomorrow, but for those interested I would like:
