Noise behind dash

Got this noise as said from dash area and today have now paired it with drone from all around, as we have only had this car since end of November I am still getting use to all the feelings of the car. I think the dash noise is just something loose or touching something and the drone noise which I feel on the steering wheel is to do with it.The noise is apparent at all speeds and if you get "tuned " to it then can give me a head ache.It had the so called pdi when purchased, thinks they just done a oil change and walked around it, any idea?.
