What does it take ...

... To see 200-220 bhp from BLT? :)

Booked in for generic map saturday, EGR delete pipe ordered and currently on the look out for a FMIC at the mo

Turbo swap unfortunately.

Tbh unless you want to sink thousands into it, I'd not bother with an FMIC. Stage 2 retaining standard blower is kinda pointless, a pd150 turbo will see you 190 maybe 200 really pushing it.

After that you're into big turbo and hybrid territory and things do get expensive.

You'll need clutch setup £600+

Hybrid turbo £600+

FMIC £300-£500

Downpipe £150

Mapping £150-£400

Then I'd consider 312mm brakes, decent suspension & 150 head bolts

Probly sell my fmic, hybrid turbo and full piper exhaus for about £800 + standard, all done less than 1,000 miles

Revo do an awful stage 2 for the pd130. It makes a small amount of power of their stage 1 to take into account decat FMIC etc.

I looked into tuning options when I got mine and sadly it does require a lot of work to break the 200bhp and beyond barrier. Not really worth it in my opinion unless you really like the car and are going to keep it long term as a project or something. Most modern hot hatches will blow a tuned Fabia out of the water especially if they too have been messed with.

The handling and drive train will also need upgrading which adds to the costs quite significantly. It's pretty poor in standard form at both handling and putting the power down cleanly.
