Can somebody tell me what are the 3 tubes in the image below?

They look like the drones on bagpipes.  Are they open or blocked off?  Maybe some type of resonators (being different lengths and all??)

 

They are blocked. 

Intake resonators.

 

Means you dont get any funny resonance from the intake when the engine is accelerating through the rev range. They are different lengths to counteract different frequencies of resonation.
