Hi Guys 

 

I got home tonight and noticed my drivers side headlight was smashed.

 

I assume this is the correct headlight:

Eurocarparts

 

(2012 1.6 tdi) but im noot sure if it actually has a black trim or if thats just the picture.

 

As the lamps still work does anyone know if its possible to just replace the front glass?

 

Also if i remove the remains of the broken glass will it bo ok to use the car for the next couple of days until i can get the parts?

It is not possible to remove the frontglass only I'm afraid.
Techically, it's not okay to use it.
If you where to hit someone (by accident ofcourse), the damages can get even worse due to them getting stuck in the lamp.
One can survive without the car for a couple of days usually .
