I've just bought a used Skoda Fabia SE Plus, it's got this paint job and the same 16" alloy wheels. 

I can't seem to find the official name of the colour anywhere, just wondering if any of you could help identify it for me?

Go in the boot and look at the Sticker with the Cars Build Details and get the paint code. Beside the Spare Tyre Well.

Or inside the Front Cover of the Service Manual, there is the Same Build Details and the Paint Code.

That colour is called Arctic green

But do not buy paint by the Name unless you are really sure there was no changes in Mix. 

Buy using the Paint Code, or have paint mixed by it.
