Personally I'd kill him and bury his body under the patio

It would seem reasonable for him to clean both you and your neighbours windows FOC for at least the next 6 months as taking that to a VAG approved body shop would have cost the wrong side of 500 smackers. If he refuses put the hose up his ar8e and turn the water on full blast......
