Hi,

 

Sometimes I cannot get my car out of 1.gear e.g. while waiting for green light, I have to press down the break-pedal to prevent it from driving even though the clutch pedal is pressed down?

 

The problem is still there, even after clutch+clutch release bearing replacement. :no:

 

Any suggestions to what it can be?

Master cylinder? Fluid leak? Air in the clutch system?

 

Just some possible causes.

I get the same sometimes or going reverse and then struggling to put into 1st. Usually realising clutch and pressing again helps.

Thank you Phil  , maybe I should go for a master cylinder replacement.

 

could it be the flyweel?
