SOLD 2004 Fabia vRS Black Magic SOLD

Featured Replies

This is a regrettable sale and I don't really want to do it. I bought this Fabia to replace a Mazda 2 that I have, hoping to sell the Mazda easily. However, this have proven difficult. I cannot afford to have 2 cars so I'm going to try to sell the Fabia to ease my finances.

I bought the car from KingKarlos on 22nd November 2014. So, I have had it approximately 2 months. Here's the details of the car:

2004 54 Fabia vRS, 83,00 miles but will increase slightly as I use it daily.

9 stamps in the service book. Last serviced in Oct 2014 with the timing belt being replaced in August 2011, so it will require another timing belt this year.

MOT until Oct 3rd 2015.

Completely standard and has never been modified.

All old MOT certificates and tax discs.

Owners wallet with manuals etc.

2 x keys

Service history:

Delivery Inspection 28/10/2004

Victoria Garage 13/1/2006 @ 8,596 miles

Farmers Skoda 8/2/2007 @ 17,036

The Car Hospital 10/10/2008 @ 35,377 miles

Savoy Tyres 26/10/2009 @ 44,604 miles

A.L.C Autocare 24/7/2010 @ 50,479 miles

A.L.C Autocare 9/8/2011 @ 58,479 miles - Timing belt

A.L.C Autocare 7/11/2012 @ 67,039 miles

A.L.C Autocare 2/11/2013 @ 74,461 miles

A.L.C Autocare 4/10/2014 @ 80,926 miles

Defects:

There are 3 very small cigarette marks on the drivers seat base. (Shown in pictures)

The alloys are slightly corroded and a couple are lightly kerbed, nothing too unsightly. (Shown in pictures)

There is no plastic engine cover on the engine. It was not there when I bought it. (Shown in pictures)

There is a pin dent on the drivers side front wing. (I can't get a representation of this with the camera)

Things I have done since purchase:

Flushed the cooling system and replaced the coolant with G12 and replaced the expansion tank.

Replaced the rear brake discs and pads with Pagid items.

Replaced the alternator and aux belt tensioner. I have a new belt too, which I haven't fitted yet.

The car is located in Billingham, Cleveland, TS23 and I am looking for £2750 ono

I will happily collect anyone from Darlington, Middlesbrough or Thornaby train station, if you are travelling from distance.

I have been offered £2510 today by Wewantanycar so if anyone on here wants it for £2500, it's yours. I have 5 days before the deal runs out.

I would rather sell it to a Briskodian. Then I can start looking for a Laurin & Klement Octavia estate :D
