Hello, I have a 52 plate 1.9 tdi Octavia110 with 105,000 on the clock

Iv had a read through a few topics now but can't find anything with the exact issues I have (or maybe I'm a bit blind!!)

Basically I bought the car a few weeks ago and it has developed a rather annoying issue!

When driving the engine will become noisey, starts sounding like a tractor! Then the esp light will come on and the car really struggles to pick up any speed! And the turbo will not kick in atall! If I stop and turn the ignition off and back on again it runs fine for about 3 minutes before it starts its little issue again! A friend had his diagnostic tool linked up and no codes were found! Little confusing tbh and as I'm not really familiar with the vag engines I thought I'd try and pick this sites brains! Any help would be much appreciated!

If I have missed a post that has these same issues, please point me in the right direction.

If this is any help the last owner only done 3-4000 miles a year , could this gunk up the turbo / egr?? Again sorry if I'm being thick just haven't seen these symptoms with the esp light issue !
