20vt aum stock logs before TUNNING.

Featured Replies

Hi all!!!

Well, this is not my first future tuned 20vt but the last vt I had was 4-5 years ago. This are the logs of a AUM 90.000 miles, everything is stock except to rs4 spark plugs, Its leak free tho.

What I can see here is that everything is ok except to those delays after 5500rpm, is that probably due to the 1 degree cooler spark plugs? maybe with stock ones that would dissapear. I fitted those because car will be tuned this week.

Car was allready tuned but I removed the tune and fitted a stock ori file on it. I know this engine has been tuned since 2001 easily and all the files are very similar... but... the one on the car was CRAP, it wasnt smooth and was uncomfortable to drive when slow. At full trothle it was fast 1.3bar peak and 0.8 bar at 6400rpm more or less.

We will try to tune this eve so tonight I will upload some logs to see the diferences ;)

I do not see logs from 004 block. But my opinion is that your IC is problem. Because at 5500 rpm, 2 cylinders are having 5.3 ret.

Well, car was tuned today, I had rs4 sparks and ret went to 12... So I fitted new oem sparks and ret went to 6-7 tuned and 0 in all cilinders except to the 3rd cilinder where it was 3° with stock file...

I have checked every tube on the car and chanell 32 is 0-0 so... I cant understand whats happening.
