Cheap turbo for someone ?

I am not in any way affiliated with this person, I just saw it on ebay and thought it might be cheap.

(I have one of these exact turbos myself actually already for spare, spotted I was only looking for an actuator as the one I've got needs replacing before the turbos any good in future and I can't quite work out how it came up results actually, could only have been the keyword GT1749VA as it sure as hell doesn't have actuator in his auction title! )

His turbo looks quite dirty / coked up but might be worth a punt if it doesn't but much beyond £100 and taking his word that the VNT works well and was running on the car etc ? Thought that sounded cheap as mine cost more than that.
