been told these got to be set up right anyone got a how to guide? plzzz

They have to be set up when the new nozzles are put on yes, but that's partly what you pay the hefty price tag for!

so did I can't see how they can be set up tbh its out with old and in with new and new stretch bolts that's all I can see that's got to be done

I'd just contact United Diesels or where ever you bought them from and make sure.

Yeah, I'd make sure first, don't want to hydraulic it or something by flooding fuel in.

Also watch for diesel running down Into the cylinder when you remove each injector, quite abit can run in and cause problems.

There are rockers that push the injectors down, these are adjustable, there is a link in a thread on here somewhere stating the gap you set them too.

 

The easiest way to empty excess diesel from the cylinders before you try starting the engine with new injectors fitted is to remove the glow plugs and turn engine over, make sure nobody is stood in front of the engine though!!
