54 to 68bhp - Some Questions

Hi all.

 

I have a 54bhp Felicia MPi. I've just acquired a 68bhp MPI engine. I wondered if people could help me with the following points?

 

1/ What are the differences between the two engines? Would it be possible to "swap" some bits from the 68bhp engine to my existing 54bhp? Or is that more work than it is worth?

2/ If I swap the engines over can I use my existing ECU? I have the ECU that came off the 68bhp car, but if I fit that, will I need to change my ignition key?

 

Has anyone else made this change and can recommend anything?
