My cars been in for its MOT and now it won't unlock.

What have they done? Currently sat in the waiting room of kwik fit.

The boot still opens off the fob and it can still be locked when opened manually. When you start the ignition the alarm goes off too.

Any ideas?

tried the key in the door rather than using the fob

Yes, that works but when you start the engine the alarm goes off.

They've had their fault reader plugged in and it's come up with no issues.

Try disconnecting battery?

Have they dropped key at all?

Have u got a spare at home you can try?

Turns out it was the battery in the fob. Kwik-Fit sent me on to Skoda who changed the battery and everything worked fine.

Seems a little strange how everything else worked except for one button...
