Fabia triple rasp

Featured Replies

:sun:  Hello folks, just bought an 11 plate Fabia 1.2 12v S - why don't Skoda use the rasp from the triple as part of their advertising, or is it not pc?

Who else loves listening to the rasp from the Fabia triple?

:p

Many, many years ago, I owned a 130 Rapid Coupe - bright yellow in colour! (I never was the shy retiring type!)
Rear-engined, rear wheel drive, the front was a bit light (a small bag of sand in the very front of the long side-opening boot sorted that!)
Handling was excellent (this was the basis for Skoda's very successful Group N rally car) so the "flying banana" could and did embarass some of the mainstream cars of the time!
Ok, I had to listen to the usual jokes but it was good to drive, the moor in wintry conditions were a doddle when others were sliding off and spinning!
Unfortunately 2-door coupes aren't ideal family cars so it had to go.
