  • No contest. It has to be the vRS!!! (with a 5 year extended warranty of course).   The Mk3 just doesn't interest me and isn't a drivers car.

  • Yep we do have an X1 - the X3 has recently been sold (endless dpf, egr and inlet manifod clogging - I'll never buy a diesel again unless my mileage changes) The vRS IS a great car and DO love it but

  • i might have a look, worst you can do is ask, but as it looks less and less likely a replacement VRS is coming  and even if it does it will be £20k i am resigned to keeping a VRS mk2 for next few year

Which dealer /owner will have the last one?

no they have all gone.

I bought mine back in december and my dad was interested in one and i spoke to my dealership who checked and there were none to order and none pre ordered and available

Mine was registered 29th Nov 2014 - gotta be one of the last I reckon

No feedback yet via email from SkodaUKCS about last Vin No.

Currently 32 used /demos on Skoda used website.Range £7500 CAVE 2010-32000MILES to £15990 CTHE- 4300 MILES

Still a number of dealers persist in hanging out for North of £14000 . 8 of the 32.

What would you do, if you saw a demo vRS LESS THAN 5000 MILES on the clock and a top spec New MK3 in your dealer.

Test drive both ,which one would you come away with??

Yeah and who wants a stinky diesel? I'd rather chew my own arm off than own another one

Having just re read my post, it comes across the wrong way and with no 'edit' feature I can't change it.

Basically we have just offloaded a BMW X3 diesel after endless problems with the EGR, DPF, transfer box and engine coking  and I have sworn we are never having another that's all. When they are working well and being used properly then they are great. So sorry if I have offended any derv drivers  :sun:

That's more like a realistic Selling figure, for this run out model. probably accept £12500.

Well done Hortons! : http://www.skoda.net.r66.co.uk/carview.aspx?id=604887278

Get real you other dealers asking £14k plus!!

Are you looking to buy one Keith or do you already have one?

PX'd mine in 2013,but my partner is on her second.

If I could have got the last Vin No in the UK, at the right price etc, and not for stupid money ,then I would have genuinely considered it.

What THE last one or one of the last?

Usually the first and/or the last tends to be retained by the heritage branch iirc.

You can buy mine for a nice price if you like - bleeding back is murdering me! lol

prices are so mad up and down.  I paid £10800 for my white july 2013 car in july 2014.  Think i was lucky

I'm seriously contemplating selling mine and buying an octavia estate - As you have your eye on the ball what would you say mine should sell at?

Dec 2014. 2k miles. Estate in Moon White, Nav, Bluetooth and PDC?

Albeit a rear car, I believe you will take a big hit in PX, unless you can find a keen BRISKODA MEMBER who really wants one.

George might take it off your hands for "Much Cheapness".

Currently only one on the Skoda Used website, so who knows. Not up to your spec and newness. http://www.skoda.net.r66.co.uk/carview.aspx?id=604705584

Will check out Autotrader, see what's their.

So take off at least £2k for PX.

Wakey, hope the above helps in your decision making process.

Best of luck.

Keith

Sorry not on the market for an Estate, i have one lined up for when it is being sold.

Estates are desirable, but anyone getting rid of a nearly new one will take a big hit,

unless a Skoda Dealership has some Skoda that is not moving easily and they want a sale.

That might be a Octavia but more likely a New Fabia Estate that they want sales of.

SEAT Dealers are always worth trying when trading in a Skoda,

they are often prepared to Deal You Happy to get shot of cars they have that are not selling well.
