I turned my lights on last night and for some reason my main lights aren't working, but the side lights and the fog lights are fine. I've checked the fuses below the steering column and none of them have blown, but the headlight fuse doesn't seem to show any electricity going through it when in the fuse box (checked using a multimeter). Any ideas on what this could be? What should I do next? Any help greatly appreciated.

 

Oh and I've searched everywhere for a wiring diagram for my car. Any idea on where I can find one? (Skoda Fabia 3 MK2 1.4 TDI).
