Who to contact in customer care management?

I've just had a massive repair bill on my 2009 Octavia. I did contact customer care to see whether they could possibly help out with a failure which really isn't wear and tear (and which points to a potential manufacturer fault), but while pleasant and courteous, I was told quite firmly that there is nothing they could offer despite having a full dealership service history and having bought the car from Skoda. I'd like to take this a level higher if possible, just to express my diasppointment/concern if nothing else. Customer care did not offer any other options so I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of someone in management to email.

What did the repair entail and cost? There could be similar cases on Briskoda which would help strenghten your case for a contribution by Skoda UK. And I am sure our members would like to add their comments and advice in support. That is what Briskoda is all about. :)

6yr old you'd be struggling with the sale of goods act as well. Skoda probably know you'll struggle to get anywhere. Bad publicity probably the only option.

Press? It's what I did and they suddenly couldn't jump high enough for me! Ridiculous.
